# §62.13100. Identification of plan—negative declaration


The Commonwealth Environmental Quality Board submitted, on January 31, 1978, a letter certifying that there are no existing phosphate fertilizer plants in Commonwealth subject to [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
