# §62.12320. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On July 15, 2013, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources submitted a negative declaration letter to EPA certifying that there are no existing Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerators (HMIWI) units in the State of Wisconsin subject to the emissions guidelines at [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart Ce.
