# §62.11661. Identification of sources.


The plan in [§ 62.11640(b)](/cfr/40/62.11640.md?p=b) applies to all existing municipal solid waste landfills under the jurisdiction of the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality for which construction, reconstruction, or modification was commenced on or before July 17, 2014.
