# §62.11485. Identification of Plan—negative declaration.


On September 10, 2019 the State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation submitted a letter certifying no Municipal Solid Waste Landfills subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md) [Subpart Cf](/cfr/40/subpartCf.md) operate within the State's jurisdiction.
