# §62.11480. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


On July 26, 2013, the State of Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation submitted a letter certifying no Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart DDDD](/cfr/40/subpartDDDD.md) operate within the state's jurisdiction.
