# §62.11475. Identification of Plan—negative declaration.


On April 16, 1999, the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerators in the state subject to the emission guidelines under [Part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [Subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
