# §62.11460. Identification of Plan-negative declaration.


On June 5, 2001, the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources submitted a letter certifying that there are no existing small municipal waste combustors in the state subject to the emission guidelines under [part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this chapter.
