# §62.10629. Identification of plan—negative declaration.


Letters from Chattanooga-Hamilton County, Knox County, and Memphis-Shelby County, Tennessee were submitted on April 23, 2003, November 17, 2002 and October 7, 2002, respectively, certifying that there are no Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incineration units subject to [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), subpart DDDD.
