# §62.10360. Identification of plan.


The State of South Dakota submitted a letter on June 7, 2021, certifying that there are no designated facilities subject to the emissions guidelines for existing hospital medical infectious waste incinerators under [40 CFR part 60](/cfr/40/part60.md), [subpart Ce](/cfr/40/subpartCe.md), operating within the State's jurisdiction.
