# §61.157. Delegation of authority.

- (a) In delegating implementation and enforcement authority to a State under section 112(d) of the Act, the authorities contained in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section shall be retained by the Administrator and not transferred to a State.
- (b) Authorities that will not be delegated to States:

  - (2) [Section 61.150(a)(4)](/cfr/40/61.150.md?p=a-4)
  - (3) [Section 61.151(c)](/cfr/40/61.151.md?p=c)

  - (5) [Section 61.154(d)](/cfr/40/61.154.md?p=d)
  - (6) [Section 61.155(a)](/cfr/40/61.155.md?p=a).
