# §60.9. Availability of information.


The availability to the public of information provided to, or otherwise obtained by, the Administrator under this part shall be governed by [part 2](/cfr/40/part2.md) of this chapter. (Information submitted voluntarily to the Administrator for the purposes of §§ [60.5](/cfr/40/60.5.md) and [60.6](/cfr/40/60.6.md) is governed by [§§ 2.201 through 2.213](/cfr/40/2.201..2.213.md) of this chapter and not by [§ 2.301](/cfr/40/2.301.md) of this chapter.)
