# §60.6415. Where must I keep the site-specific operating manual?

You must keep your operating manual in a readily accessible location at your facility. It must be available for review or inspection for all persons required to undergo training as specified in [§ 60.6395](/cfr/40/60.6395.md). The operating manual and records of training as specified in [§ 60.6585](/cfr/40/60.6585.md) shall be available for inspection by the EPA or its delegated enforcement agency upon request.
