# §60.6085. When must I submit the annual report?


Submit the annual report no later than February 1 of each year that follows the calendar year in which you collected the data. If you have an operating permit for any unit under title V of the Clean Air Act (CAA), you must submit semiannual reports. Parts [70](/cfr/40/part70.md) and [71](/cfr/40/part71.md) of this chapter contain program requirements for permits.
