# §60.6055. What reports must I submit before I submit my notice of construction?


You must submit all the following five items on or before the date that the application for a construction permit is submitted under [40 CFR part 51](/cfr/40/part51.md), subpart [I](/cfr/40/subpartI.md), or [40](/cfr/40/subpart40.md) CFR [part 52](/cfr/40/part52.md), as applicable:

- (a) Your preliminary draft materials separation plan, as specified in [§ 60.5745](/cfr/40/60.5745.md).
- (b) Your revised materials separation plan, as specified in [§ 60.5765(c)](/cfr/40/60.5765.md?p=c).
- (c) Your notice of the initial public meeting for your draft materials separation plan, as specified in [§ 60.5750(b)](/cfr/40/60.5750.md?p=b).
- (d) A transcript of the initial public meeting, as specified in [§ 60.5760(f)](/cfr/40/60.5760.md?p=f).
- (e) A copy of the document that summarizes your responses to the public comments you received during the initial public comment period, as specified in [§ 60.5765(a)](/cfr/40/60.5765.md?p=a).
