# §60.5725b. In lieu of a State plan submittal, are there other acceptable option(s) for a State to meet its CAA section 111(d) obligations?


A State may meet its CAA [section 111(d)](/cfr/40/111.md?p=d) obligations only by submitting a State plan or a negative declaration letter (if applicable).
