# §60.5725. Are there different subcategories of municipal waste combustors within this subpart?


The requirements for new municipal waste combustors of all types are identical except that carbon monoxide emissions limits are set separately for mass burn, modular, and refuse-derived fuel combustor types (see Table 1 to [Subpart VVVV](/cfr/40/subpartVVVV.md)).
