# §60.5570a. What parts of the general provisions apply to my affected EGU?


Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, certain parts of the general provisions in [§§ 60.1 through 60.19](/cfr/40/60.1..60.19.md), listed in table 3 to this subpart, do not apply to your affected EGU.
