# §60.5422. What are my additional reporting requirements for my affected facility subject to VOC requirements for onshore natural gas processing plants?

- (a) You must comply with the requirements of paragraphs [(b)](#b) and [(c)](#c) of this section in addition to the requirements of § [60.487a(a)](/cfr/40/60.487a.md?p=a), [(b)](/cfr/40/60.487a.md?p=b), [(c)(2)(i) through (iv)](/cfr/40/60.487a.md?p=c-2-i..c-2-iv), and [(c)(2)(vii) through (viii)](/cfr/40/60.487a.md?p=c-2-vii..c-2-viii).
- (b) An owner or operator must include the following information in the initial semiannual report in addition to the information required in [§ 60.487a(b)(1) through (4)](/cfr/40/60.487a.md?p=b-1..b-4): Number of pressure relief devices subject to the requirements of [§ 60.5401(b)](/cfr/40/60.5401.md?p=b) except for those pressure relief devices designated for no detectable emissions under the provisions of [§ 60.482-4a(a)](/cfr/40/60.482-4a.md?p=a) and those pressure relief devices complying with [§ 60.482-4a(c)](/cfr/40/60.482-4a.md?p=c).
- (c) An owner or operator must include the following information in all semiannual reports in addition to the information required in [§ 60.487a(c)(2)(i) through (vi)](/cfr/40/60.487a.md?p=c-2-i..c-2-vi):
  - (1) Number of pressure relief devices for which leaks were detected as required in [§ 60.5401(b)(2)](/cfr/40/60.5401.md?p=b-2); and
  - (2) Number of pressure relief devices for which leaks were not repaired as required in [§ 60.5401(b)(3)](/cfr/40/60.5401.md?p=b-3).
