# §60.489b. List of chemicals produced by affected facilities.


Process units that produce, as intermediates or final products, chemicals listed in [§ 60.489](/cfr/40/60.489.md) are covered under this subpart. The applicability date for process units producing one or more of these chemicals is April 25, 2023.
