# §60.4770. Does this subpart apply to my sewage sludge incineration unit?


Yes, your SSI unit is an affected source if it meets all the criteria specified in [paragraphs (a) through (c)](#a..c) of this section.

- (a) Your SSI unit is a SSI unit for which construction commenced after October 14, 2010 or for which modification commenced after September 21, 2011.
- (b) Your SSI unit is a SSI unit as defined in [§ 60.4930](/cfr/40/60.4930.md).
- (c) Your SSI unit is not exempt under [§ 60.4780](/cfr/40/60.4780.md).
