# §60.4760. What does this subpart do?


This subpart establishes new source performance standards for sewage sludge incineration (SSI) units. To the extent any requirement of this subpart is inconsistent with the requirements of [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) of this part, the requirements of this subpart will apply.
