# §60.450. Applicability and designation of affected facility.

- (a) The provisions of this subpart apply to each surface coating operation in a large appliance surface coating line.
- (b) The provisions of this subpart apply to each affected facility identified in [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section that commences construction, modification, or reconstruction after December 24, 1980.
