# §60.4246. What General Provisions and confidential information provisions apply to me?

- (a) Table 3 to this subpart shows which parts of the General Provisions in [§§ 60.1 through 60.19](/cfr/40/60.1..60.19.md) apply to you.
- (b) The provisions of 40 CFR [1068.10](/cfr/40/1068.10.md) and [1068.11](/cfr/40/1068.11.md) apply for engine manufacturers. For others, the general confidential business information (CBI) provisions apply as described in [40 CFR part 2](/cfr/40/part2.md).
