# §60.4234. How long must I meet the emission standards if I am an owner or operator of a stationary SI internal combustion engine?


Owners and operators of stationary SI ICE must operate and maintain stationary SI ICE that achieve the emission standards as required in [§ 60.4233](/cfr/40/60.4233.md) over the entire life of the engine.
