# §60.4206. How long must I meet the emission standards if I am an owner or operator of a stationary CI internal combustion engine?


Owners and operators of stationary CI ICE must operate and maintain stationary CI ICE that achieve the emission standards as required in §§ [60.4204](/cfr/40/60.4204.md) and [60.4205](/cfr/40/60.4205.md) over the entire life of the engine.
