# §60.37b. Emission guidelines for air curtain incinerators.


For approval, a State plan shall include emission limits for opacity for air curtain incinerators at least as protective as those listed in [§ 60.56b](/cfr/40/60.56b.md) of [subpart Eb](/cfr/40/subpartEb.md) of this part.
