# §60.36b. Emission guidelines for municipal waste combustor fugitive ash emissions.


For approval, a State plan shall include requirements for municipal waste combustor fugitive ash emissions at least as protective as those requirements listed in [§ 60.55b](/cfr/40/60.55b.md) of [subpart Eb](/cfr/40/subpartEb.md) of this part.
