# §60.30d. Designated facilities.


Sulfuric acid production units. The designated facility to which §§ [60.31d](/cfr/40/60.31d.md) and [60.32d](/cfr/40/60.32d.md) apply is each existing “sulfuric acid production unit” as defined in [§ 60.81(a)](/cfr/40/60.81.md?p=a) of [subpart H](/cfr/40/subpartH.md) of this part.
