# §60.3049. What information must I submit following my initial performance test?


Unless you choose to comply with the substitute means of compliance demonstration requirements in [§ 60.3032](/cfr/40/60.3032.md), you must submit the information specified in [paragraphs (a) through (c)](#a..c) of this section no later than 60 days following the initial performance test. All reports must be signed by the facilities manager.

- (a) The complete test report for the initial performance test results obtained under [§ 60.3030](/cfr/40/60.3030.md), as applicable.
- (b) The values for the site-specific operating limits established in [§ 60.3023](/cfr/40/60.3023.md) or [§ 60.3024](/cfr/40/60.3024.md).
- (c) The waste management plan, as specified in [§§ 60.3010 through 60.3012](/cfr/40/60.3010..60.3012.md).
