# §60.3011. When must I submit my waste management plan?


You must submit a waste management plan no later than 60 days following the initial performance test as specified in table 5 of this subpart. [Section 60.3031](/cfr/40/60.3031.md) specifies the date by which you are required to conduct your performance test.
