The following subparts contain emission guidelines and compliance times for the control of certain designated pollutants in accordance with [section 111(d)](/cfr/40/111.md?p=d) and section 129 of the Clean Air Act and [subpart B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this part.

- (c) **Subpart Cc—** Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.
- (d) **Subpart Cd—** Sulfuric Acid Production Plants.
