# §60.2987. What compliance schedule must I include in my state plan?


Your state plan must include compliance schedules that require existing incineration units as defined in [§ 60.2992](/cfr/40/60.2992.md) to achieve final compliance as expeditiously as practicable after approval of the state plan but not later than the earlier of the following dates:

- (a) **July 1, 2030.**
- (b) **Three years after the effective date of state plan approval.**
