# §60.2953. What information must I submit prior to initial startup?


You must submit the information specified in [paragraphs (a) through (e)](#a..e) of this section prior to initial startup.

- (a) **The type(s) of waste to be burned.**
- (b) **The maximum design waste burning capacity.**
- (c) **The anticipated maximum charge rate.**
- (d) If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under [§ 60.2917](/cfr/40/60.2917.md).
- (e) **The anticipated date of initial startup.**
