# §60.2952. What must I submit prior to commencing construction?


You must submit a notification prior to commencing construction that includes the five items listed in [paragraphs (a) through (e)](#a..e) of this section.

- (a) **A statement of intent to construct.**
- (b) **The anticipated date of commencement of construction.**
- (c) All documentation produced as a result of the siting requirements of [§ 60.2895](/cfr/40/60.2895.md).
- (d) The waste management plan as specified in [§§ 60.2899 through 60.2901](/cfr/40/60.2899..60.2901.md).
- (e) **Anticipated date of initial startup.**
