# §60.2205. When must I submit my annual report?


You must submit an annual report no later than 12 months following the submission of the information in [§ 60.2200](/cfr/40/60.2200.md). You must submit subsequent reports no more than 12 months following the previous report. (If the unit is subject to permitting requirements under title V of the Clean Air Act, you may be required by the permit to submit these reports more frequently.)
