# §60.2195. What information must I submit prior to initial startup?


You must submit the information specified in [paragraphs (a) through (e)](#a..e) of this section prior to initial startup:

- (a) The type(s) of waste to be burned;
- (b) The maximum design waste burning capacity;
- (c) The anticipated maximum charge rate;
- (d) If applicable, the petition for site-specific operating limits under [§ 60.2115](/cfr/40/60.2115.md); and
- (e) **The anticipated date of initial startup.**
