# §60.1860. What reports must I submit and in what form?

- (a) Submit an initial report and annual reports, plus semiannual reports for any emission or parameter level that does not meet the limits specified in this subpart.
- (b) Submit all reports on paper, postmarked on or before the submittal dates in §§ [60.1870](/cfr/40/60.1870.md), [60.1880](/cfr/40/60.1880.md), and [60.1895](/cfr/40/60.1895.md). If the Administrator agrees, you may submit electronic reports.
- (c) Keep a copy of all reports required by §§ [60.1875](/cfr/40/60.1875.md), [60.1885](/cfr/40/60.1885.md), and [60.1900](/cfr/40/60.1900.md) onsite for 5 years.
