# §60.117b. Delegation of authority.

- (a) In delegating implementation and enforcement authority to a State under section 111(c) of the Act, the authorities contained in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section shall be retained by the Administrator and not transferred to a State.
- (b) Authorities which will not be delegated to States: §§ [60.111b(f)(4)](/cfr/40/60.111b.md?p=f-4), [60.114b](/cfr/40/60.114b.md), [60.116b(e)(3)(iii)](/cfr/40/60.116b.md?p=e-3-iii), [60.116b(e)(3)(iv)](/cfr/40/60.116b.md?p=e-3-iv), and [60.116b(f)(2)(iii)](/cfr/40/60.116b.md?p=f-2-iii), and approval of an alternative to any electronic reporting to the EPA required by this subpart.
