# §59.110. Incorporations by Reference.

- (a) The following material is incorporated by reference in the paragraphs noted in [§ 59.104](/cfr/40/59.104.md). These incorporations by reference were approved by the Director of the Federal Register in accordance with 5 U.S.C. [552(a)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a) and [1](/usc/5/1.md) CFR [part 51](/cfr/40/part51.md). These materials are incorporated as they exist on the date of the approval, and notice of any changes in these materials will be published in the Federal Register.
  - (1) ASTM D 1613-96, Standard Test Method for Acidity in Volatile Solvents and Chemical Intermediates Used in Paint, Varnish, Lacquer, and Related Products, IBR approved for [§ 59.104(d)](/cfr/40/59.104.md?p=d).
