# §53.15. Trade secrets and confidential or privileged information.


Any information submitted under this part that is claimed to be a trade secret or confidential or privileged information shall be marked or otherwise clearly identified as such in the submittal. Information so identified will be treated in accordance with [part 2](/cfr/40/part2.md) of this chapter (concerning public information).
