# §52.2726. Legal authority.

- (a) The requirements of [§ 51.230(f)](/cfr/40/51.230.md?p=f) of this chapter are not met, since Article 17 of Puerto Rico Act 9 could, in some circumstances, prohibit the disclosure of emission data to the public. Therefore, Article 17 is disapproved.
