# §52.2378. Certification of no facilities.


On June 6, 1986, the Vermont Agency of Environmental Conservation submitted a letter certifying that there are no facilities within the State's boundaries subject to the Continuous Emissions Monitoring requirements of [40 CFR part 51](/cfr/40/part51.md), Appendix P. This negative declaration was submitted to EPA in accordance with [40 CFR 51.19(e)](/cfr/40/51.19.md?p=e).
