# §52.1681. Control strategy: Lead.


As part of the attainment demonstration for lead, the State of New York has committed to rate all sources of lead or lead compound emissions with either an “A” or “B” environmental rating pursuant to 6 NYCRR [Part 212](/cfr/40/part212.md).
