# §52.1486. Control strategy: Hydrocarbons and ozone.

- (a) The requirements of [subpart G](/cfr/40/subpartG.md) of this chapter are not met since the plan does not provide for the attainment and maintenance of the national standard for ozone in the Las Vegas Intrastate Region ([§ 81.80](/cfr/40/81.80.md) of this chapter).
