# §52.1422. Approval status.


With the exceptions set forth in this subpart, the Administrator approves Nebraska's plan for the attainment and maintenance of the national standards. No action is taken on the new source review regulations to comply with [section 172(b)(6)](/cfr/40/172.md?p=b-6) and section 173 of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1977, and [40 CFR 51.18(j)](/cfr/40/51.18.md?p=j).
