# §52.1379. Legal authority.

- (a) The requirements of [§ 51.230(f)](/cfr/40/51.230.md?p=f) of this chapter are not met, since section 69-3918 of the Montana Clean Air Act could, in some circumstances prohibit the disclosure of emission data to the public. Therefore, [section 69-3918](/cfr/40/69-3918.md) is disapproved.
