# §52.1027. Rules and regulations.

- (a) **Part D—Conditional Approval.**
- (b) **Non-Part D—No Action.** EPA is neither approving nor disapproving the following elements of the revisions identified in [§ 52.1020(C)(10)](/cfr/40/52.1020.md?p=C-10):
  - (1) **Intergovernmental consultation.**
  - (2) **Interstate pollution notification requirements.**
  - (3) **Public notification requirements.**
  - (4) **Conflict of Interest requirements.**
  - (5) **Permit fees.**
