# §51.1301. Applicability of this part.


The provisions in subparts [A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) through [Y](/cfr/40/subpartY.md) and AA of this part apply to areas for purposes of the 2015 ozone NAAQS to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this subpart.
