# §51.1001. Applicability of part 51.


The provisions in subparts [A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) through [X](/cfr/40/subpartX.md) of this part apply to areas for purposes of the PM2.5 NAAQS to the extent they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this subpart.
