# §501.21. Program reporting to EPA.


As of December 21, 2020, state sludge management programs must comply with 40 CFR part [3](/cfr/40/part3.md) and [40](/cfr/40/part40.md) CFR [part 127](/cfr/40/part127.md) (including the applicable required data elements in appendix A to [part 127](/cfr/40/part127.md)).
